THE FLOW GAME
What could asking a powerful question in a playful, generous circle do? What could move in you? What stuckness might finally flow?
Is there a question that won't go away? A complex situation you need clarity on? A topic that wants some loving attention?
The Flow Game invites you to sail into deep, meaningful conversation- where intuition, circle wisdom, and serendipity rule. In an intimate group of 4 to 6 people, we take a minimum of 4 hours to lean into the question that is alive in us.
The space is held with expertise and warmth. Your only job is to bring your question- and leave lighter than you arrived.
The group arrives and checks in.
Each person brings a question- something real, something that matters to them right now. I can help you craft your question if you wish.
Each participant, in their turn, asks their question and rolls the dice.
A card from the game appears- carrying an image or a question of its own. The participant speaks to the space between: what is the connection between the question they brought and what the game is now offering them? This is part of what makes the Flow Game so unique- we are not here to answer questions directly, not rushing to a solution. We are here to explore what emerges when the two questions meet.
The participant can then choose to open their question and the card they received to the whole circle- inviting reflection, response, and witness. This is often where the magic happens. Where blind spots surface. Where a misunderstanding reveals itself. Where a slanted view suddenly shifts- and new insight rushes in.
We harvest. We notice what we are taking away. We pass the dice.

Find Your Format
The game can accommodate 4 to 6 people, and can be played with personal questions or as a team asking one shared question. Whether personal or collective-
it's always an inquiry journey.
Here are a few formats we know work well:
Short(er) Game
In 4 hours we share a short question tailoring session, then 2 rounds of the Flow Game, and a card to go. You gain clarity on your question, meet the game and connect to its Serendipity.
Long Game
An overnight retreat- a deep dive into your questions. Build trust with the other participants and their journeys. Watch it all spiral upward- how our inquiries dance and reflect each other as the interconnectedness and magic of the dice shines through.
Perfect for team building retreats and offsites- for groups who love to talk.
Online Game
Not quite the same as sitting in a circle together- but the online dice rolls, the right cards show themselves, and the magic finds a way through. We give it the few hours it deserves to breathe- and allow some clarity to arrive. Wisdom emerges. Value is created.
Great for remote teams.
