PROCESS DESIGN
When considering a complex shift its often hard to know where to start! With many unknown variables, or even an unknown result sometimes the best we can do is carefully and collaboratively design a process to hold our chaos and insecurities and allow new understandings, untapped wisdom and some magic to appear.
Another important process we can engage people in is closing or ending a project- as human beings we are naturally drawn to beginnings, but knowing how to open up a process of closure is just as important, and too often overlooked.
